What Will You Do?
Monitor IT Orders.
Attend meetings when necessary.
Do a research whenever needed about hardware.
Add/Update/Deactivate asset records.
Monitor Min/Max quantities
Create tickets
Work on tickets submitted by the users related to Asset Management.
Work Change Orders.
Develop/Generate ad hoc reports using asset management tools.
Provide training and documents regarding asset management.
Send inquiries to contacts and owners about their assets if needed.
Audit ITAM activities including refreshes, hardware tickets, first installs, inventory, and termination tickets
Create reports on various ITAM activities including open requisitions, closed requisitions, end-of-life, etc.
Manages and works the refresh queue and escalates manager when appropriate
Assigns assets for all tickets in the Asset Management and Asset Assignment queues
Releases assets that were being held for requisitions
Help manage the pool of IT assets to ensure there are sufficient assets.
Attend and sometimes lead Asset Management related meetings
Create tickets for ITAM-related items
What You Need To Succeed?
Bachelor's degree/vocational in IT-related courses is a plus.
Undergrads and Fresh grads are welcome.
(Minimum of completed 2 years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course)
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical experience or skills/aptitude.
Strong knowledge and/or experience with Excel report creation.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with IT terminology and functions.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and reliably. Ability to work flexible schedule based on customer need.
Knowledge/experience of IT service desk operations knowledge.
MS Access report creation experience and knowledge is a plus.
IT Technology background.
IT infrastructure knowledge.
Base certification or familiarity with ITIL.
