Description:
What Will You Do?
Manage IT Orders.
Update Available Entitlements report.
Work with the TTG_CA team whenever the CA and APM Tool is down as well as when a mass update need to be raised.
Attend meetings when necessary.
Do a research whenever needed about software and hardware.
Communicate with the Purchasing department to check on the availability of the software licenses.
Add/Update/Deactivate CIs on the CMDB tool manually.
Work on tickets submitted by the users related to Configuration Management.
Work Change Orders.
Develop/Generate ad hoc reports using asset management tools.
Provide training and documents regarding asset management.
Send inquiries to contacts and owners about their configuration items if needed.
Provide support to IT Order requestors by answering queries and/or providing installation media.
Requirements:
What Do You Need To Succeed?
Bachelor's degree/vocational in IT-related courses is a plus.
Undergrads and Fresh grads are welcome.
Minimum of completed 2 years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical experience or skills/aptitude.
Strong knowledge and/or experience with Excel report creation.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with IT terminology and functions.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and reliably. Ability to work flexible schedule based on customer need.
Knowledge/experience of IT service desk operations knowledge.
MS Access report creation experience and knowledge is a plus.
IT Technology background.
IT infrastructure knowledge.
Base certification or familiarity with ITIL.
