Your Role and Responsibilities Lead the IMAC Team. Ensure Asset Management for the client is in place. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 1. Overall responsible to the day to day activities & delivery of the Team. 2. Facilitate and drive the use of agile practices for squad operations including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles impacting squad performance. 3. Engages in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s). 4. Possesses an in depth knowledge of technical solutions. 5. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. 6. Promote continuous improvement through involvement in review processes and demonstration of individual leadership skills. 7. Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Diploma in Electronics or CS with mandatory IT certification viz. Microsoft Azure Fundamental /RHCE/ CCNA/ ITIL. Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Master's Degree
