Essential Job Functions :
The required position will be responsible but not limited to the functions below:
(1) Day-to-day Subcon Escalation / Issue (Technical - Assembly Subcon Sustaining)
(2) Engineering Change Notice (ECN) / Assembly Subcon Changes
(3) Creation, update and review of the baseline specifications
(4) Loading of the new parts
(5) Engineering support
(6) New Subcon qualification and NPI support
(7) KPI - Yield and LLR
(8) Subcon Continuous Improvement ( Yield, Cost and Technology)
(9) Responsible for managing product's health i.e. Quality, Yield, Hold Lots Rate and Disposition Cycle Time
Job Requirements/Qualification
(1) Familiar with IC Assembly Process Flow/Sustaining and Lot dispositioning process
(2) Basic understanding of IC MOSFET and Product knowledge
(3) Good communication skills
(4) Exposed in Subcon Management Product and Assembly Operations Process
(5) Ability to lead and people at all levels. Leadership skills. Cross functional leader. Accountable and Decisive
(6) Knowledge in Project Management. Experience in running the Projects in Subcons and NPI Projects
(7) Fully committed and willing to go the extra mile.
(8) Hands-on Engineer
Experience/Skills:
> 7 Years of Engineering experience on Assembly Subcon Process and Subcon Management experience is an advantage. Has basic understanding and product knowledge of IC MOSFET assembly and Testing.
Fluent in English communication ( Mandarin skills will be an advantage). Automotive qualification through APQP. Assembly NPI Project Management skills is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Any Eng'g Course). MBA and Material Science knowledge will be an advantage
