The effective selection and use of Approved Service Providers is key to the success of our programs. The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership in actively managing risk, improving profitability and customer satisfaction in large complex network deployment programs by ensuring we source and manage the best in class Approved Service Providers in the market at the best market rates. This activity combined with a relentless drive for improvements and innovative ways of working are essential to enhance Ericsson's reputation as our customer's partner of choice in NRO. The main responsibility areas are as follows . Responsible for delivering Network Deployment services by managing the Approved Service Provider (ASP) company relationships and ensuring that the tools and agreements are in place to maximize their performance and value towards Ericsson. . Maintain ASP Certification database at company level. . Provide leadership in the governance process with respect to ASPs and provide leadership and motivation in performance improvement plans. . Local Escalation contact for Authorized Service Provider (ASP) issues. . Provide information for proposals and quotes related to Implementation Services. . Involvement in ASP negotiations and selection process, with specific emphasis on skills, competence and process being aligned with Ericsson requirements. . Evaluation of ASP quotations. . Directing several process activities, analyzing processes and procedures, directing resourcing and defining and driving best practices with ASPs. . Responsible for ensuring that sufficient ASP (volume and competence) requirements are sourced to meet forecasted requirements from the RNO activities in Philippines. Key Requirements: Qualifications . Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business and/or Engineering. . Minimum of 5 years experience working in the Telecommunications Industry with Network Deployment experience. . Proven leadership, strong customer relation skills and solid services skills are required. . Awareness of Ericsson policies, practices and quality standards. . Basic knowledge of company products preferred. . Proven track record of meeting objectives. . Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. . High level of organization and detail orientation required. . Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. . Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and problem solve in pressurized situations. . Must be able to work independently with great accuracy. . Ability to influence and motivate people. . Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
