HSE: Coordinates HSE activities in South East
Asia perimeter
-Consolidation of monthly and annual HSE reports

local HSE managers on corporate direction and campaigns

TASKS:
-Optimize manufacturing & others processes and introduce and/or successful
ly
dup li cat e new methodologies (Group programs, Quality Journey, BOX, Lean, Best Manufacturing Pract ices).
-Quality Journey: Champion the regional Quality Workstreams, support projects to reduce QI, Kaizen and other improvement projects.
Mission Details 13;
-BOSTIK Operational excellence (BOX):
Introduce
, train, and implement the functional and operational tools such as, Problem Solving, DMAIC, Lean Operational Management, in order to support the 6 BOX rules.
-Enable continuous Improvement through supporting the Lean Six Sigma roll-out in
BOSTIK: Actively
initiate, lead, engage and participate in LSS Green & Yellow Belt projects
andact as champion/coach fo
Green & Yellow Belt t rainees.
-Identify Operations staff members to
participate in the Green
Belt training and become OPEX Champio ns. Ensure integration of Lean Six Sigma with sites init
iative s and plans.
-Leverage Best Manufacturing Practices (Production techniques, processes, tools, equipment, facilities, procedures, project resul t s) across the Asian pro duct
ion plants to ensure and improve efficiency,productivity and safet y.
