Job Description
We are currently volume hiring Artwork Project Managers, responsible for managing the company's graphics design projects from concept to delivery, liaison to clients, internal staff, and printers involved in the production of a graphics design project. An Artwork Project Manager is solely responsible for assuring accuracy in costing, submitting invoices timely, and ensuring the company is paid for each service we provide. This role reports to the Project Manager Lead, making sure they continuously provide 100% excellent customer service.
Fresh graduates of Graphics/Fine Arts or courses related to Print are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphics/Fine Arts/Print or equivalent experience
Experienced in the digital print/graphic industry, advertising agency as print producer/print coordinator/client service executive
Basic technical knowledge of computer graphics
High proficiency in both written and spoken English
Learned customer service or project management skills
Exceptional presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
Excellent negotiation abilities
Strong organization and scheduling skills
Deep analytical and critical thinking skills
Willingness to work night shift
