Growing and Innovative Art Team
Fresh Prints is a New York based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
The Art Team creates a mock-up for every single order at Fresh Prints. Examples of these mock-ups are:
Vectorizing a client's design
Placing their vector logo on a template
Create original designs
The art team is one of our top selling points and is responsible for making sure that high-quality templates get to clients quickly. A good experience with the art process can close a sale. We post and market many original designs created by our art team on our website and social media as well.
We're looking for an Art Manager who can help with the following activities:
Manage our growing team
Provide guidance for direct reports
Set goals around key performance indicators
Review Performance on a yearly basis
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Fresh Prints artists and or art assistants
Track and Drive the team around metrics
Manage day to day activities to make sure goals are reached
1-1 meetings with direct reports and with the Art Director
Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary up to $16,800 per year based on experience
We cover the cost of your Adobe illustrator license

This is a "work from home" position
Initial training will be at night in the Philippines
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (US)
Role Specific Requirements
3-5 years of experience in graphic design
3+ years of people management experience
Strong organizational skills
Ability to make decisions without direct supervision
Access to a computer and a good-stable internet connection
Personal Attributes
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
You can work at least 50 hours a week remotely from your own computer
You're reliable and available - frequent access to phone and email
You have a good sense of what's trendy/cool
Attention to Detail and Open to change
