Purpose of the Job
Responsible for providing excellent technical support for Grundfos AI Operations Team. Apply data science, data engineering, and software development in a DevOps collaboration with the product teams. Initially, the AI and software solutions in scope are finance and supply chain applications.

Key Activities:
Provide 2nd level technical support for the scope under the AI Operations Team
In case of a crash/error to be able to pinpoint where things are going wrong, i.e., is it the model failing, is it the input data or is it some surrounding application code
Monitor the performance and potential data quality issues
Fix minor issues
Make sure that retraining, deployment, and release of models are running smoothly
Upgrade ML frameworks if necessary
Do hyperparameter tuning once in a while to check if these must be changed due to change in data amount
Basic debugging of wrong model predictions
Curate the training data set, e.g., remove documents with wrong labels
Minor resource optimization, e.g., optimize code, optimize the use of computer/storage resources
Participate in developing new services and solutions that can enhance our digital offerings further
Support onboarding of new collaboration partners and projects
Skills and Experience Required:
Have 5 years of experience working with AI and software solutions in scope for finance and supply chain applications or similar relevant experience
Have experience with relevant digital support systems, e.g. for customer management, ticket handling, etc.
Have experience from supporting customers/collaboration partners to digital solutions
Experience managing defined processes within IT and Consultancy
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in IT and Consultancy
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the IT and Consultancy
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Self-driven, fast learner, structured, flexible, ready for quick changes/new tasks, and are explorative
Strong ability to influence others
