Expected Working Hours and Timezone:
This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity with the flexibility to do part-time or full-time hours. You are expected to work for 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, shifting schedule in the Southeast Asian Timezone.

-Managing a team of artists and animators, both in-house and outsourced
-Creating and keeping consistent unique art style of the project
-Being responsible for time and quality management
-Sourcing artist and art studios
-Documenting design process
-Creating QA graphic assets for production
Requirements
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

-Minimum 5 years of experience as an illustrator or graphic designer
-Minimum 3 years of experience as creative lead or manager
-Expert knowledge of Photoshop or other digital design software
-Knowledge in 3D software a +
-Ability to estimate tasks
-Ability to manage the risks
-English level B2 or higher
-Bachelor's degree in Fine arts
