Brainstorm, craft stories and build brands through campaign level thinking and execution - whether through Film, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Activation, Digital, PR or Social . Cascade and translate key visuals to various BTL, OOH and Digital executions . Envision and create the design and visual language of a campaign . Present and sell ideas to our clients . Oversee the production of the different creative output for clients . Collaborate with Designers and Copywriters to execute the visual portion of a campaign . Partner with other disciplines to create the best possible work . Participate in initiatives to elevate the creative profile of Ogilvy Qualifications The ideal person . Has proven skills in the areas of conceptual, visual, and graphic design . Up to date with trends in photography, filmmaking, animation, design . Detail-oriented with a good eye for overall output . An interest in cultivating strong leadership skills . Is a fresh thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking . Is comfortable thinking in a media-neutral manner . Is self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communications skills You bring . 3+ years' design experience in web, advertising (including Social) and typography . Proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Acrobat
