Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, customer care, and related services. We are in need of an Art Director who is skilled in image manipulation, web and mobile design, print design, animation, video production, and 3D modeling. Responsibilities
Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize the design and minimize futile work.
Collaborate on new design issues and research projects with the team.
Ensure projects and finished graphics are accurate and precise.
Manage and maintain record keeping of original artwork files and all projects.
Communicate concepts and design reasoning clearly and professionally.
Skillfully create original, strategic design solutions from concept to completion.
Lead with effective supervision an experienced design team toward greater creativity.
Requirements
Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or any equivalent is a plus.
2-4 years experience as Art Director or related capacity
Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite such as but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and others.
Good grasp of basic design principles such as colors, typography, and layout.
Background in any of the following:
Image manipulation
Static and animated banner designs
Print design such as catalogs, flyers, and other marketing collaterals
Web or Mobile UI design with HTML+CSS
UI/UX Design
3D modeling
Video post-production including animation
Must be comfortable with technology and possess the ability to rapidly learn new tools.
Detail-oriented and has excellent organization skills.
Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. (Temporary Work From Home)
