We are looking for an Art Director to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time, remote role.

The role
We are looking for a stellar team-member. You'll join our experienced Chief Creative Officer and Co-founder in shaping a strong team culture that you can be proud of.
You will be the brand guardian for Miss Amara.
You will:
Be hands on with daily outputs of all types of assets and deliverables
Manage the visual style, overall design and tone of the brand, taking responsibility for a project from the beginning (the creative idea) to delivery, ensuring that the creative intention is maintained throughout and objectives are met
Be trend-focused, regularly presenting on how to evolve the look and feel of the brand across multiple mediums and channels including web, social media, eDM as well as physical assets
Manage, lead and inspire the Content Team, helping them develop their creative skills (broadly and generally)
Work with the Chief Creative Officer to develop the brand
The successful candidate
Our new Art Director will have:
Minimum five years experience in agency, corporate, creative or similar discipline
Experience interpreting creative briefs and providing advice and expertise to internal and external stakeholders
An unwavering ability to manage the creative process
An excellent creative eye and design flair with a natural ability to turn concepts into a visual representation
A decisive mind and process driven approach
Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to be flexible
Good communication skills - visual, verbal and written
