The Art Director helps develop ad campaigns by conducting research, coordinating with the client, and designing cohesive, brand-specific initiatives that appeal to the target demographic. Responsible for developing and maintaining a clear vision and delivering visual messages that speaks directly to the reader, viewer, or user. He/She leads and takes part in the entire campaign development process, from establishing objectives until the project is completed and presented to the client.
Key Accountabilities include:
Evaluate client needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad and brand campaigns.
Collaborate with the client in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team
Coordinating with copywriters and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign.
Give clear visual art direction to a team of designers.
Establishing timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters
LMA + RPRS Team members
Training designers to think creatively and develop concepts
Ensuring that every team member understands his/her career track
Regularly coaching team members to help address their design challenges and achieve their performance goals and metrics
Meet Team/Project KPIs & SLAs
Checking the quality of team members design works, focusing on design thinking and the final outputs when delivered
Pilot and manage assigned innovation projects
Bachelor's / College Degree preferably Fine Arts, Design or Multimedia Arts or related degree
8+ years as a professional graphic designer with 4+ years of experience in management role
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Experience in goal-setting with a history of achieving set goals through his/her team
Experience in coaching and mentoring young adults successfully
Effective and persuasive presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Visual thinker
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software and Microsoft/Google apps
Amenable to work remotely Monday to Friday on a US (8pm-5am) shift, and has stable internet connection
Priority will be given to candidates who can start IMMEDIATELY
