Overseeing the production phase and collaborating with team members to align treatment with visual execution.
Brainstorm visual ideas (graphic, photo, video) with other members of the creative team.
Conceptualize and execute campaigns and content creation through photo and video art direction.
Ideate and review art direction of marketing and production output.
Create photoshoot, visual treatment, styling guide decks for projects.
Establish set design and prop lists to procure or source props for shoots.
Execute and deliver on art direction and overall visual treatment for photo and video shoots.
Style and direct product and editorial photoshoots.
Attend meetings and shoots to ensure output aligns with art direction and communication objectives.
Interpret project briefs of clients to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with designers and other professionals on large and small scale projects.
Work intimately with PINO's partners to come up with great brand narratives and storytelling through visuals.
Communicate clearly with team members and external stakeholders to ensure quality of work and to maintain seamless workflow.
BFA, BS or BA degree in Writing, Journalism, Multimedia Arts or any related degree / working experience.
At least 3 years of experience in the creative industry.
Has thorough knowledge of different writing forms and visual styles.
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.
Good eye for copywriting and visual art direction.
Experienced with production work and social media marketing.
Organized, meticulous, has good time management.
Has problem-solving, multitasking and communication skills.
