Responsibilities
Provide Art Leadership to a team of 75 to 100 Artists, Senior Artists and Art Leads across projects
Supervise the work of Art Leads across projects to ensure that they
Create competitive estimates and bids
Adopt appropriate work processes and pipeline
Create and implement stringent Quality Plans
Provide meaningful artistic reviews and feedback to artists
Consistently adopt and use organizational process and best practices
Work with PMs to identify project risks proactively and have meaningful plans to mitigate them
Work proactively to meet project goals with regard to project budget, monthly billing, schedules and overall quality
Work with Project Teams to solve quality and/or efficiency issues
Provide regular performance feedback to Art Leads. Mentor and support in their growth and development.
Participate in the organization's Performance Review and Management process
Requirements
Proven leadership skills
Experience of 12 to 15 years in creating Next Gen Game Art
Experience of leading a large team on either a AAA game project or at an Art Outsourcing studio
Good communication skills
Workable
