Position Summary
Ensures achievement of assigned distributor business and operational objectives such as sell-out, demand plan accuracy, UBA and call productivity, must-haves and brand distribution, skewing, merchandising thru creation of distributor account business-building programs and execution of Cycle Plan programs. Co-manages distributor account budget, usage, and evaluation with Regional Activations Managers. Responsible for training and coaching of distributor personnel to achieve aforementioned objectives according to plan. Coordinates with respective internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all aforementioned objectives. Ensures compliance of distributor partners on monthly VMI/R2 requirements, returns, and account receivables. Ensures compliance with the Local Code, the WHO Code and WN instructions for covered products.

Discusses and details Annual Customer Plans to Regional Activations Managers for entry to CPM. Assesses impact of marketing, medical, and external factors to distributor account plans and performance. Effectivity of each trade program vis-à-vis the mechanics and investments entailed.
Achievement of Commissionable Sales objectives.
Non-commissionable brands' accuracy vs. demand plan.
Accuracy of actuals to per SKU forecasts of Regional Activations Managers per area assigned.
80% or higher call productivity vs DSP's monthly coverage plans
Distribution of specific brands and SKU's to the appropriate store and channel classifications.
On-time shelf availability and minimized Out of Stock for specific brands and SKU's in critical stores and channels.
Flawless execution of local and Cycle Plan programs in-store (thru coordination with National Key Account Execution Teams). All merchandising directives must be strictly implemented in all applicable branches. Activities done by competitors should always be tracked and given as feedback to Business Operations Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, etc.
75% of month's total actual sales must be delivered before the last 7 calendar days to ensure efficient logistics and delivery lead times.
Weekly coaching and training of Distributor Sales Personnel regarding Basic Call Procedure, face-to-face communication, etc.
Account returns must be properly documented, evaluated, and picked-up on time after approval. Amounts must be within the allowed thresholds vs sales.
What will make you successful
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related field
1-2 years of experience as National Key Account Execution Manager
