Ensures achievement of assigned distributor business and operational objectives such as sell-out, demand plan accuracy, UBA and call productivity, must-haves and brand distribution, skewing, merchandising thru creation of distributor account business-building programs and execution of Cycle Plan programs. Co-manages distributor account budget, usage, and evaluation with Regional Activations Managers. Responsible for training and coaching of distributor personnel to achieve aforementioned objectives according to plan. Coordinates with respective internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all aforementioned objectives. Ensures compliance of distributor partners on monthly VMI/R2 requirements, returns, and account receivables. Ensures compliance with the Local Code, the WHO Code and WN instructions for covered products.

Regularly aligns distributor sellout performance vs plan/forecast, updates regarding on-going activities, account trends and behavior, key events, issues and concerns, competitor activity, etc. * Aligns full year distributor account planned activities inclusive of all details such as sales uplifts, budgets, duration, etc. for incorporation to CP&M, TPWP, and P2P systems.
Aligns sell-out demand forecasts per brand and per SKU on a monthly and M+3 window.

Executes identified next steps in monitored Cycle plan activities.

Provides occasional updates regarding on-going account activities, account trends and behavior, key events, issues and concerns, competitor activity, etc.

Provides occasional updates regarding on-going activities, account trends and behavior, key events, issues and concerns, competitor activity, etc. * Receives Official Trade Sales Policies for guidance and implementation in distributor / accounts / areas assigned
