AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities
 
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Upskilling HRis through regular in-field coaching sessions
Conducts monthly performance review with the direct reports
SALES & AR Management
Setting HRI sales Targets Meeting monthly and annual planned sales and AR efficiency goals
Tracking sales and AR efficiency goals and reporting results
Overseeing activities of sales team
Assist HRI Specialist on initial negotiation to top HRI accounts
Ensure monthly visit to Top Accounts.
Recommend sales & promotional activities to drive further growth of each brand.
Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
Understanding our customers and provide solution through our products
