AREA SALES SUPERVISOR
 
Location: Must be a local resident in General Santos City
 
Job Specific:
Bachelor's Degree of any Business Course
At least 2-3 years proven experience in Sales from Food Industry
Strong professional maturity and integrity
Has strong leadership ability and drive to achieve business goals and objectives
Has an excellent customer service orientation and can lead the Sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Sales Management
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the food service distribution sector.
Monitor daily sales activities and track progress toward monthly and quarterly goals.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives.
Provide coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional clients.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any distribution or logistical challenges.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to the regional or sales manager.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
Area of assignment: Central Mindanao based in Gensan City

Pay: 23,000 and 28,000 plus monthly sales incentive
