AREA SALES MANAGER

Job Description:
Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the Sales force in his area to attain the Sales objectives.
Initiating tactical plans together with the Key Accounts Specialist to ensure dominance in market penetration.
Providing relevant market information so as to be able to formulate strategies to counter and compete in the market and thereby ensuring achievement of sales, market share and profitability.
Ensuring 100% compliance to approved brand positioning as directed by the National Sales Manager and/or Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
With at least 3 years of sales and managerial experience in FMCG (Key Accounts)
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint presentation)
Knows how to drive (at least RC License #: 12)
Willing to travel within South Mindanao
