The position is responsible for providing support in managing, developing, and executing all sales operation plans and strategies to meet the monthly targets and company objectives. The position is also responsible for promoting the company's brand products and services, product development, advertising, and promotions in coordination with the other departments.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Primary
1. Executes sales plans and strategies to support sales targets;
2. Maintains and keeps good working relations with partners by conducting 10-15 outlet visitations;
3. Performs and checks feasibility study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
4. Monitors competitor's marketing activities;
5. Prepares and submits summary of attendance per cut-off schedule and weekly sales report;
6. Monitors bad orders/leftovers/wrong forecasting and recommends corrective actions;
7. Monitors operations expenses and recommends cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and standards;
8. Recommends outlet activities and programs from time to time;
9. Monitors bad orders, leftover, and wrong forecasting and recommends a process of improvements;
10. Prepares reports and documentation as directed by the immediate superior;
11. Trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
12. Executes and recommends personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
13. Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Secondary
1. Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
2. Entertains and caters to customers' complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;
3. Creates positive customer relations to build loyalty among customers;
4. Performs visitation activities from time to time to ensure all outlets are in compliance with standard operating procedures which include but are not limited to the opening of outlets on time, manpower headcount, manpower performance, level of stocks, and inventory;
5. Checks and conducts product forecasting;
6. Process and monitors customers' orders and ensure the highest exceptional customer service is observed and implemented;
Job Specifications
1. A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, or any related courses;
2. Preferably with at least two (2) years experience as an area sales operations supervisor/ manager in the food service industry or equivalent professional experience;
3. Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, and internet navigation and email);
4. Excellent decision making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
5. Excellent written and communication skills;
6. Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
7. Self-motivated and hardworking;
8. Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
9. Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
10. Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, and a team player;
11. Comfortable working with others;
12. People oriented and can motivate and push his team towards excellence;
13. Strict in implementing rules, regulations, and policies.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
