Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 2.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. 3.Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients. 4.Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. 5.Collate and maintaining client information in the database. 6.Assist the Sales & Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. 7.Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. 8.Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 9.Provide daily support of business operations to customers. 10.Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
