AREA OPERATIONS HEAD FOR VISAYAS AREA
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of a four–year Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting or any Business-related course. 
Has comprehensive knowledge in MSME Lending
Has at least five years of banking experience, three of which should be at managerial level in a Branch Banking Office
Has comprehensive knowledge in bank products and services, financial statement preparation and analysis, credit analysis, remedial management, and credit risk management
Has excellent ability to develop teams to achieve goals through teamwork, leadership skills, planning, and organizing skills, analytical skills, negotiating skills, and ability to deal with complexity and maintain composure
Proficient in Ms Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint
Knows how to drive and with a current driver's license
Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Head of Operations in managing and monitoring the performance and quality of branch loan portfolio, deposit generation, and overall oversight of the branches and MBO operations in the region
Provides support in the formulation of lending policies and procedures as well as marketing and operational strategies to achieve loans, deposit, and profitability objectives
Administratively responsible for evaluating the performance of all Branch Head in his/her area of responsibility
