Job Description
Serves as quality auditor formats and operations. He/She is the lead trainer for all butchers and team leads.
Area Opening Lead Butcher. Responsible in the training of new hired butchers. Executes standard display planogram per store. Relay all opening requirements per store to ARS.
Attendance Validation. Validates attendance sheets and OT requests
Area Roving Butcher. Releiver of day-off Team Leader or absent Butchers
Ensures right inventory level and quality of meat display. Consolidates order per store in his area and submit to Area Retail Supervisor for review and approval. Monitors stock level per store. Ensures meat quality in the display and storage in his area. Check room temperature (walk in storage and showcase)

Supplies and Packaging Monitoring
High School Diploma required, Called Degree preferred, Minimum 3 years of butchery experience
Excellent meat product knowledge
Butchering Skills
Punctual, reliable and eager
Positive attitude and work ethic
Ability to communication, direct staff, delegate and follow up
