Job Description
Our client is one of the leading design and construction companies in the Philippines. They have an enviable record of completing first class, high-rise commercial and residential projects across the Philippines. They are currently seeking to appoint an Area Manager.
You will have responsibility for all engineering, commercial and administrative aspects of a number of concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
Manages overall project performance such as but not limited to the scope, safety, quality, schedule, innovation, cost, and customer satisfaction
Establishes, maintains and manages customer requirements and expectations regarding the project performance
Effectively applies the approved methodologies and project standards of the Company.
Manages and analyzes project budget and expenses
Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing as well as strictly monitors receivables for project
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering preferably with license and locally available
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
