Area Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and supervise business projects in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with Directors and clients to plan, develop, implement, and monitor the project development activities.
- Assist in recruiting and training staffs.
- Evaluate employee performance and implement staff development plans.
- Project a positive attitude and act as the role model for staffs.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to address violations of rules and regulations.
- Attend departmental and area meetings to share business ideas and project status information.
- Generate business reports on weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Stay updated on latest business trends.
- Perform departmental responsibilities including trainings, operations, programming, and leadership education.
- Organize weekly staff meetings to discuss on business updates and issues.
- Understand employee concerns and resolve them effectively.
QUALIFICATION:
* Graduate in 4 years Course in Operation Management or BS Management.
* With 1 year Experience
* With strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capable of handling unexpected or emergency situations with confidence and patience.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
