Description
1. Direct management of allocated club managers to ensure club operational excellence is
achieved. Operational excellence is considering completing actions set on basecamp with
proper execution and high level of standard. Club operational excellence also includes
club physical presentation and member journey.
2. Direct management of allocated club managers to ensure set KPI's are achieved. This
includes a deeper understanding of the KPI's and the effect it has on the business
including net member movement and revenue.
3. Day to Day operations management of each club based on the monthly basecamp actions,
management memo, accounting memo & processes, & employee handbook.
4. Financial management of each club including reviewing all revenue and expense line
items. This is further reviewed through the in depth analysis of payment request from the
assigned clubs
5. Direct management and supervision of all the club staff for each club including
performance management, coaching & mentoring. Ensuring each club manager has the
appropriate tools and resources to successfully manage his/her allocated clubs. This also
includes recognizing and issue reprimands in a timely manner.
