Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes the entire inspection process by reviewing and validating the decisions and instructions given during the initial inspection and;
Grants final approval of all architectural works being done in the site.
The coordinator provides leadership and technical support to the inspector/s
Through continuous supervision and follow-through of each tasks being done to achieve the team's goals.
Educational Background/ Special Licenses
Five-year Bachelor of Science degree program with concentration in Architecture and is a licensed Architect
Technical Competencies:
Expert and up-to-date technical knowledge in architecture and commercial awareness
Advanced knowledge in various design software with the ability to efficiently integrate shop drawings based on the original plans
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Architecture and Engineering Commercial and Residential Real Estate 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
