Office Location: Canlubang, LagunaProject site: TarlacType of employment: Project-basedSetup & Schedule: Full onsite | Monday to Friday | Day shiftWe are looking for a highly skilled Support Engineer CSA (Architectural) to support the design and execution of architectural works for a manufacturing plant. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of architectural finishes and structural works across various plant structures, including offices and central facilities.Qualifications:
Licensed Architect with at least 58 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction projects
Proven involvement in greenfield (ground-up) construction, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG environments
Strong background in architectural detailing, site supervision, and coordination with contractors and consultants
Experience managing architectural finishes and ensuring quality across various facility types (e.g., admin offices, production support buildings, utility structures)
Familiarity with local building codes, design standards, and construction safety practices
Must have hands-on experience in utilizing architectural software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Archicad, Bluebeam, etc.)
Effective communication and project coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the planning, execution, and supervision of all architectural and structural works within the greenfield construction site
Oversee and ensure timely completion of building envelopes, architectural finishes, and interior fit-outs across plant facilities
Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and safety teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements
Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations
Conduct inspections and provide technical guidance during various phases of construction
Liaise with contractors, design consultants, and project managers to resolve architectural issues and ensure alignment with project timelines
Ensure documentation and reporting of site progress, design deviations, and quality control issues related to architectural scope
