FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO, INC.Project Contract for 12 monthsThe Architectural Planner - Product Planning (Rendering) develop and deliver high-quality architectural renders for both conceptual and marketing visualizations aligned with the design plans. He/She collaborate with product planning, project development, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and good deliverance. He/She can work individually with minimum supervision and possess good communication skills, and contribute to the development of innovative rendering strategies to streamline future projects.KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop High-Quality Visual Renders/Outputs
Create high-quality visual outputs, ensuring adherence to stringent standards for modelling, rendering, and post-processing.
Production of 3D Visual Models, Illustrations, Rendered Plans and Visual Implementations
Produces 3D Models, Façade studies, and Renders for both Conceptual and Marketing Level.
Illustrates directions for visual outputs, including style, composition, and overall aesthetic, and communicate clear expectations to the team.
Collaborative Direct Reports
Report directly to immediate head and assists on presentation of render outputs to project development, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.
Initiate open communication and collaboration with designers and clients and encouraging regular feedback and incorporate suggestions into the rendering process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Architecture
Must be a Licensed Architect
Technical Knowledge to Architectural and Engineering Plans
At least 1 year experience in Architectural Design Field and Rendering
Experienced in Planning and 3D Modelling Softwares: Autocad; Sketchup; Enscape; Lumion; Photoshop;
Good social communication skills for presentation and team collaborations.
Able to perform with minimum supervision
