About the job Architectural Manager - Philippines Project
Job Responsibilities
Performs review and checking of all plans submitted by Architects to Project Management team.
Monitors the implementation of designs and plans in actual construction.
Ensures that the projects comply with project requirement, local, and international standards.
Ensures seamless coordination between the Engineer (Client's engineer), Designer, Construction team and Suppliers regarding the progress or status of the project.
Requirement
Must have minimum 15 years' experience
Must have university diploma (BSc or MSc) related to construction or engineering
Proven experience working as a site-based Architectural Manager in major building project
Railway Station and Facility Buildings in Depot experience will be an advantage
