Responsibilities Create and revise technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry software. Develop detailed shop drawings and plans for architectural projects, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to review and ensure the technical accuracy of each design. Prepare documentation, including material quantity calculations, cost estimates, and project schedules. Maintain project documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of technical drawings. Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to ensure their project requirements are met. Keep up to date on industry technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. At least 2 years of experience working as an architectural drafter. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
