We are looking for an Architectural Designer to join our growing team in the Philippines.
As an Architectural Designer, you should be able to assist the clients with their architectural design requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients and understand their project requests. Besides, you should be able to create designs upon researching about various architectural trends and patterns.
You should also be able to submit the designs for approval and make adjustments as per the feedback. You should adhere to the industry guidelines at all times. Moreover, you should ensure that all designs contain correct measurements and dimensions.
Furthermore, you should possess excellent technical and mathematical skills, and familiar with various CAD software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and reviewing project requests.
Planning and developing architectural designs.
Creating initial design drafts and submitting the same for approval.
Using 2D and 3D sketching tools for creating project drawings and drafts.
Making adjustments or corrections to the designs as per the client feedback.
Adhering to the design specifications, safety guidelines, industry standards, and government regulations at all times.
Coordinating with the Project Architect to understand all the project requirements and other details.
Conducting in-depth research to identify new architectural trends before designing.
Ensuring that the architectural designs have correct measurements and dimensions mentioned.
Producing CAD drawings and color boards to aid in discussions with the clients.
Providing clients with design recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Proven 4-7 years of work experience as an Architectural Designer or a similar role in the Construction industry.
Holding a strong portfolio of architectural designs.
Architect Registration Examination certification is mandatory.
Complete knowledge of the industry best practices, trends, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Familiarity with CAD software such as ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Excellent technical and design skills.
Strong mathematical skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Having an eye for detail.
Ability to conduct in-depth research.

Philippine Nationals only.
While the role is remote based, the candidate must be living in the Philippines.
Bilingual skills in English and Filipino are required.
