Full time, M-F 6am-3pm, Weekends off, Work from home, HMO coverage, skilled in Revit, 3D modeling, and commercial fit-outs HIGHLIGHTS: Full Time, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday) Weekends off HMO coverage Mandatory government benefits Work from home Description: Work with the senior designer(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents Applies creative design concepts to projects and expands on concepts Contribute to all phases of the design process, including modeling in Revit Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agents to meet overall project objectives and deadlines Resolve complex issues with innovative and practical solutions Analyze current building codes, by-laws, and requirements to establish and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes Requirements: Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field 3-5 years experience in a similar role and using software Revit Ability to create a complete set of commercial construction drawings Strong 3D modeling experience for design purposes Attention to detail and tech-savvy Understanding of industry standards Understanding of building regulations Proven experience with commercial fit-outs (hospitality and building structures) Exceptional communication skills including the ability to listen and follow instructions correctly Must be able to express ideas and concepts in an articulate manner Use of appropriate grammar and spelling in written correspondences Able to work under minimal supervision Knowledge in commercial construction
