The client is a fast-paced residential design firm working on multi-residential townhouse projects, single dwellings, and renovations/extensions that takes pride in its high rates of customer satisfaction and retention.
This supportive and inclusive team is looking for an experienced Building Designer or Architect to work closely with the director and clients to deliver quality projects.
This position provides ownership of a project from conception until its completion, including design consultation, client management, providing and/or supervising working drawings and overseeing consultants.
Excellent Revit skills
5+ years' experience with residential design; great interpersonal skills; mentorship qualities; creativity and strong technical skills; a great understanding of building codes and regulations
Ability to understand client needs as well as a provide advice appropriate to the client's budget expectations
Ability to manage your own jobs including liaising with clients and external consultants
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering BPO 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
