Job Summary:
We are seeking Architects with significant experience working with North American or Canadian companies, particularly with older buildings and heritage sites. The ideal candidate should be able to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that our client's architectural projects are flawlessly executed.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects, focusing on renovations and heritage buildings.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project plans and timelines.
Conduct assessments to understand the specific needs of each project.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends relevant to Canadian/North American contexts.
Qualifications:
8-10 years' experience in architecture, with a strong focus on renovations and heritage buildings.
Previous experience or familiarity with Canadian/North American architectural practices and terrains.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results without close supervision.
