Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed plans.
Prepare and present drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and proposals.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.
Oversee project progress and provide on-site supervision when necessary.
Conduct site visits to review construction work and resolve design-related issues.
Research and recommend sustainable design practices, materials, and technologies.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and architectural innovations.
