Design, develop, and maintain macOS architecture to support business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Implement changes for macOS device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices
Expert in managing and querying MySQL Jamf databases to support macOS data needs and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Level 1 & 2 support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to macOS, JAMF, and MySQL
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our macOS infrastructure remains innovative and competitive
Provide Tier 3 level MacOS Support
Using MacOS/Unix scripting and coding to devel custom solutions or automation
On-call hours may be required

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in macOS architecture and administration
Experience creating MacOS Imaging & Upgrade Workflows with Jamf Pro
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or AppleScript
Extensive experience with JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager, including deployment, configuration, and management
Solid proficiency in MySQL, including database design, optimization, and maintenance
Proven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality results on time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing an environment with more than 15k endpoints
Experience with Entra joined devices in an enterprise environment
MacOS Security Technologies / MacOS Hardening
Familiarity with other database systems and cloud platforms
