Responsible in demonstrating a high degree of creativity, technical knowledge and produce comprehensive presentation by executing the required task related to Architecture Engineering, Designing and Supervising based on the Company standard and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible in creating a quality architecture and interior design work specializing in fashion retail, restaurant offices and villa. 2. Work closely with quantity Surveyor to make sure that all BOQ's technical specifications and drawings are matching. 3. Knowledgeable in technical drawings, material specifications and detailing for construction drawings. 4. Knowledgeable in application of suitable materials for a certain project. 5. Responsible in creating concept design presentation for client, getting swatches, creating mood boards and work closely with the 3D Visualizer for rendering. 6. Designing and implementation of construction / architectural project including analyzing company requirement evolving work plan taking into consideration the technical and functional requirements. 7. Plan and implement the project start up and monitor performance through to completion. 8. Responsible in maintaining the quality of design through research and development and provide comprehensive design service for new projects as well as modifications and renovations of existing business establishments. 9. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: College Graduate DEGREE: Architecture/ Fine Arts EXPERIENCE: Retail Industry YEARS & TYPE OF EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years experience and excellent in AutoCAD and 3D Max skills is required CERTIFICATE, LICENSES: An advanced degree or Professional Certification
