Manipulates software to provide accurate plans
Prepares working drawings, shop drawings utilizing design softwares
Coordinates designs with other teams in accordance to client's specifications
Prepares and drafts design drawings with plan, in a detailed format and profile as designated by the design team
Produces 2D or 3D imagery as per client's instruction either from panel sketches or elevation drawings
Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes using relevant software (e.g. Revit and/or CAD) as required
Makes revisions to plans based on redlined mark-ups and assists in resolving design issues
Coordinates with design team members to produce construction documents and exhibits
Ensures quality of all creative designs and plans
Work closely with other team in relation to design and plans in modeling of structures, producing detail drawings, file management and the likes
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications Job Qualifications
Candidates must have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology or equivalent
At least 4-7 years of relevant working experience
Well-experienced and proficient in using design software especially Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc.,
Background in theming industry will be an advantage
Ability to interpret drawings and schematics and produce presentation drawings
Creative and has problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as good presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic and highly productive, detail oriented and quality-minded
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
