Job Description:
Intelassist Inc. is looking for an Architect Team Leader who has passion in providing strong leadership for our client's outsourced architects.
Manages day to day operations and execution of all the projects
Identifies and addresses performance and developmental opportunities
Ensures accurate and timely communication of client and account issues to Assistant Operations Manager
Coordinates with Business Partners, Managers, IT, Admin, HR and Recruitment
Keeps track of architects attendance and makes sure work procedures are complied with
Motivates and supports architects through feedback and communication
Performs consistent and effective coaching sessions to address performance gaps
Audits the architect's quality of work regularly
Prepares reports and presentations according to management or client request
Improves quality of results by recommending changes
Assists in hiring and on-boarding architects
Assists in new and current client on-boarding and launch process
Communicates company policies
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Accredited professional degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect
10+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience
Thorough understanding of all project phases of work including programming/ conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction contract administration
Exhibits understanding of complex building materials and systems, details and construction techniques, primary structural and MEPFP systems and their operation, and secondary building systems
Exhibits understanding of zoning, building code, and other regulatory requirements as they relate to the project and checks documents for compliance.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
Familiarity with graphic illustration software programs such as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Project
Experienced in managing multiple projects at a senior level
Experienced in managing a team and had been responsible for their output
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with all levels of management
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Amenable to working on a night shift schedule and shifting schedules
Amenable to working on weekends and holidays, if necessary
Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Quezon City
