We have a great opportunity for Architect /Modeler to remotely assist our Abu Dhabi office whilein collaborationwith our Architecture and Urban Design Group. You will gain experience in a range of small to large scale international projects which will see you involve in the production of drawings and models of international projects through remote interaction with architects to quickly and accurately produce drawing sets in accordance to GHD and client drafting standards. The role entails: Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce detailed set of documents, drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation / Revit Model development Work closely with the Senior Architect / Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects. Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation Required to coordinate the production of architectural documentation of the design. Collaborate with internal lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project scope. Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy Self-management and co-ordination of drafting processes, data and modelling information Detailed Construction knowledge Mentoring, sharing knowledge and upskilling the design team with regard to Technical Delivery and Model development. What you will bring to the team: Minimum of 5-8 of years of experience in UAE and the Gulf region Experience in documenting building at various stages from Concept, Schematic, Detail Design and IFC level documentation A hard-working, detail oriented professional, committed to exemplary design Advanced software knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. High competency of Revit is a must. Strong knowledge of how building components come together and able to highlight modelling errors Experience in detailing building elements in Revit, including BIM 360 and Naviswork. Well-developed interpersonal abilities: verbal, non-verbal, written Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines.
