Architect handles the over all project development from schematic, design development to implementation in coordination with allied design services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural plans and forms for permit, BID and site implementation references.
Prepare architectural related plans, drawings and details; prepare architectural schematic, design development and construction drawings.
Construction site monitoring and inspection of Architect/Civil/STR/MEFPS fixtures and Quality Control accessories intsallation.
Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines interfacing of plans and drawings during construction phase.
Keep log and track project records like milestones, schedules and project turnover; arrange project records, drawing files and material catalogues used in the project.
Coordinate and collaborate with operation to understand plans and drawing proposal to fit in the end user's requirements.
Evaluate, adapt value engineering in design drawings to fit in clients requirements; estimate quantity take off.
Track material availability in advance, 1 month before installation.
Record proccured materials to maintain high accuracy of project investment breakdown versus estimate.
Research and develop new program applications and material innovations in the field of architecture.
