This role is crucial in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of facade systems in various construction projects. As a key liaison between stakeholders, you will play an active role in conducting inspections, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that facade installations meet industry standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities
Technical Inspection & Quality Assurance - Perform regular on-site inspections to assess the quality, structural integrity, and compliance of facade systems.
Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure that all facade-related information is provided for thorough site inspections and audits.
Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation - Analyze inspection results, identify potential defects or issues, and provide technical recommendations to address them effectively.
Project Reporting - Prepare and present detailed progress reports, documenting findings, corrective actions, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key developments.
Compliance & Safety Standards - Ensure that facade installations adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Additional Responsibilities - Perform other related duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certification - Licensed Engineer (Civil/Structural) or Licensed Architect.
Experience - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in facade inspection, facade engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of facade materials, installation techniques, waterproofing systems, and quality control processes.
Project Management Skills - Ability to manage multiple inspections, coordinate with different teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communication & Problem-Solving - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to provide clear reports and technical guidance.
Willingness to Work Onsite - This role requires frequent site visits and hands-on inspections.
