ARCHITECT DESIGN SUPERVISOR
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conceptualization of the project, space utilization, space efficiency, and doing the design within the scheme
Coordinate and oversee technical support activities of Site Coordinator, Architects, and CADD Designer/Operators, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance to customers and effective resolutions of technical issues
Coordinate with engineers for the implementation of the drawings or revisions
Liaise with Materials Coordinator on the availability of materials
Give alternative materials within the cost specifications, looks or aesthetics,
Discuss and decide on issues of limitations and revisions within limits set by management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, sales, and engineering to address complex technical issues and improve customer support processes
Ensuring the homeowners/client on the finer points of the design process and how it can achieve their goals
Involves screening, training, developing, motivating, and disciplining direct reports
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Architecture (Registered and Licensed Architect)
Proven experience in a design, engineering, or construction-related role within the real estate industry, with a minimum of 6 years in a supervisory position
Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and design teams
Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve design discrepancies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to supervise and guide a team of Site Designers
