MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is currently looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client who is a dynamic and specialist organization based in Australia providing premium emergency response and asset protection solutions supporting health & safety in the oil & gas, energy, mining, maritime, aviation, and critical infrastructure industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Invoice processing - from invoice preparation to sending out invoices to the clients via NetSuite
• Creates summaries of hours from Labour System
• Hours reconciliation with Ops to finalize hours or items being charged
• Process POD summaries
• Sends out POD summaries
• Payments recording
• Updates AR reports - Tasks Monitoring and Job Card Monitoring
• Debtor chase and Collections Tab update
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation for AR-related accounts
• Respond to Ops queries and requests
• Other Adhoc tasks
To be qualified, you should have:
• A bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years' proven work experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience with the following key systems used (Desirable but Not Essential):
o Microsoft Teams
o Microsoft Office
o Adobe
o EMP Live (Labour System)
o NetSuite (ERP)
• Experience working for Australian clients is preferred
