Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a professional, friendly team member to contribute to the success of our Customer Services Operation. As a Customer Service and Dispute Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of enquiries from our external customers relating to; Returns, deliveries, and invoice queries. This will involve working with multiple internal teams and building relationships with third party carriers and vendors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer's requests promptly in a professional, polite, and friendly manner
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints in a prioritized manner
Build and maintain business relationship with customers, ensuring actions are processed promptly and accurately
Dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource through the workflow tools
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints
Record details of actions taken, using workflow tools
Manage administration
Keep customers up to date with the status of their query
Customer Service Activities:
Creating and Managing RMA's
Finance queries and incident management/resolution with finance
Resolving Delivery issues
Providing product information i.e. Serial numbers, weights, and dims
POD's
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong organisational and time management skills
SAP experience and advantage
Intermediate Excel and Word
Team player with the ability to also work independently with little supervision
Strong problem-solving skills - proven experience in understanding and solving problems
Professional phone manner is essential
