As part of the Market Research Team, you will help support the entire sales organization while developing and applying a broad spectrum of sales and market research skills along the way. Collect data on acute / non- acute markets, and other indicators of demand. Utilize appropriate research and statistical techniques to identify key data (phone, email, web). Conduct telephone interviews for research business potential. Ensure smooth transition of target contacts to members of our sales organization. Synthe key data points and record findings. Skills 1 - 2 yearsu0026rsquo experience High school diploma or GED required Degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing, or other related Business field is a plus Clinical Education and/or Experience are also a plus (Nursing, etc) Meticulous attention to detail excellent organization and project management skills Strong professional writing and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent phone etiquette, comfortable being on the phone for prolonged periods of time Strong analytical and critical thinking Search engines and business research tools acumen Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner Previous high call volume experience is an asset Must be able to work Monday u0026ndash Friday during business hours (US Eastern or Central Time Zones) Experience using Salesforce CRM a plus In here, your career is our success story.
