We help business owners build strong management teams and reliable staff through our Recruitment + Alignment System.We are expanding and seeking a high-performing Appointment Setter/Lead Gen Specialist who already understands how to identify, engage, and convert decision-makers (owners, CEOs, HR leaders) into scheduled discovery calls.This is not a simple data entry or copy-paste role - we are looking for a strategic communicator who knows how to optimize campaigns for performance.Core Responsibilities
Prospect Research & Targeting
Build and maintain segmented lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
Identify qualified business owners and HR decision-makers in specific industries (marketing, retail, construction, healthcare, etc.).Outreach & Engagement
Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and occasionally phone .
Personalize every first message - no copy/paste spamming.
Send a minimum of 60-100 quality messages/day with clear tracking.Appointment Setting
Book qualified calls directly onto the executive's calendar (Calendly or HubSpot link).
Qualify leads based on criteria (decision-maker, role open, budget ready).Follow up consistently with all non-responses (minimum 3-step follow-up rule).
CRM & Reporting
Update CRM (HubSpot / Monday / Pabbly Connect) daily.
Report KPIs: Messages sent, replies, booked calls, and show rates.
Sugest improvements in messaging and targeting each week.
Ensure deliverability, domain health, and inbox management.Required Skills & Experience5+ years in B2B lead generation or appointment setting - preferably for U.S./UK agencies or consulting firms.
Proven record of booking 15+ qualified calls/month independently.
Excellent written English (must sound native-level; test required).
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email sequences, and CRM hygiene.
Understands A/B testing, follow-up cadence, and conversation hooks.
Can work U.S. business hours (EST) with at least 4 hours of overlap.
Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Loom, Slack, Calendly, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, .
